Reservations and Cancellations
What do I have to do to confirm my reservation?
Reservations are only confirmed after sending a deposit.
What cancellation policies are applied?
Conditions:
Early departure will not result in the right to a refund of the payment made for the entire period booked.
In case of cancellation of the booking the deposit will be refunded in the following ways
- in full if received at least 30 days before the start of the stay;
- retained in full if received less than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
Check-in and Check out
From what time can we check in?
The flats are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.
By what time do we have to leave on the departure day?
Check-out: flats must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
